Cultural Exchange Programme
On 21 July 2006, my class and I visited the Singapore Japanese School (Changi Campus). Every visit to the Japanese School is a surprise as the teachers and pupils in the Japanese School always have new activities for us.
This year, we had the tug-of-war as the main activity. As observer, I enjoyed watching the tug-of-war. I believe the students had fun too. The exchange provides them with the opportunity to make new friends and learn about a culture different from our own. This is what we call "learning beyond the classroom".
