Singapore - Japan Exchange Programme

On 28th July 2006, a group of teachers and students from Osaka, Japan visited my school. We welcomed them with songs and dance put up by the guzheng ensemble and by students who had agreed to be hosts for the Japanese students.

Next, the Japanese guests, together with the reporters who were invited to report on the event, visited my class. They took pictures and video of the students, classroom and activities. The students were very excited to have many visitors in the classroom.

I felt that the classroom experience would be more fulfilling for the Japanese guests and the reporters if:

(1) The students can greet the visitors with more energy and enthusiasm.
(2) The students can have better discipline during lesson and group activity.
